These terms govern your use of the Veduta website and any market-research services you engage us to perform. By using this site or engaging us, you agree to these terms.
Our services
Veduta provides independent market research and analysis to support business decisions — including market sizing, market and competitor analysis, feasibility and due diligence, process analysis, and economic impact studies. Engagements are scoped to your specific decision and confirmed in writing before work begins.
Engagements & pricing
Veduta does not sell fixed-price products. Each engagement is quoted individually based on its scope, and the price and deliverables are agreed in writing before work begins. Any estimate or scope shared before that agreement is indicative and not a binding offer.
Nature of our analysis
Our reports are analysis and decision support, not guarantees of outcomes. We draw on public and provided data and apply a documented data-quality methodology informed by ISO 8000 and ISO/IEC 25012 principles. Veduta is not ISO-certified, and our reports are not formal ISO compliance audits. Figures are labeled by reliability (measured, estimated, or cited context), and we document assumptions and limitations. You remain responsible for the decisions you make using our work.
Client responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information for your engagement and to use our work for lawful purposes. Where you provide data for an engagement, you confirm you have the right to share it.
Intellectual property
Site content is owned by Veduta. Deliverables produced for a client engagement are licensed to that client for their own business use as set out in the engagement agreement.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Veduta is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for business decisions made on the basis of our analysis. Our total liability for any engagement will not exceed the fees paid for that engagement.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
